What I like about this floor plan is the dedicated bedroom/bathroom downstairs. If you’re looking for a first-floor guest suite that feels private, this plan is for you. With the additional half bath downstairs, guests can be fully contained in the front bedroom without family members needing to share the guest bathroom. This is perfect for aging parents who don’t want to climb stairs.
